Après les mois de formation théorique, les étudiant·es de l'Institut Bioforce doivent effectuer une mission terrain afin de valider leur formation. Ce rapport revient sur la mission d'un administrateur, ayant travaillé à Bria en Centrafrique, avec l'ONG Oxfam, en tant que responsable administratif et financier. L'ONG Oxfam est arrivée en Centrafrique en 2014 pour la mise en place de programmes Eau, hygiène et assainissement (EHA). Depuis 2014, elle possède une base à Bria, ville située dans la région Haute-Kotto, occupée par le groupe ex-Seleka depuis le coup d'État de 2012, afin d'appuyer les personnes déplacées et la population hôte affectées par le conflit, en termes d'accès à l'EHA, ainsi qu'avec un programme d'aide à la sécurité alimentaire et aux moyens d'existence.
Ce logisticien en formation a eu pour mission de mettre en pratique ses compétences en logistique et coordination de projet au sein de l'association Oxfam France, membre de la confédération Oxfam, organisation internationale de développement, qui mobilise le pouvoir citoyen contre la pauvreté. Oxfam coopère dans plus de 90 pays afin de trouver des solutions durables pour mettre fin aux injustices qui engendrent la pauvreté.

Volume 3 :
An annotated resource directory, providing detailed information on over 500 non-governmental organizations and official aid agencies concerned with development and relief.
